In honor of our butcher heritage, from times long before band saws and laser cutting - when butchers chopped bit by bit on large wooden blocks to produce delectable cuts, we offer our Chop Style Chicken. Broken down into parts - and then into smaller parts to create two to three bite pieces of chicken. Perfect on the grill or in the broiler, they’ll be ready in minutes and benefit immensely from all the exposed surfaces to allow the flavor of the chicken, skin and spices to blend together.

  •  Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Orders can be scheduled up to 30 days from the date of order.
  • Unless available for direct delivery you will receive a FedEx tracking number the evening your order ships or the following morning as soon as your order is inducted into the FedEx system.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
