Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Pick up is available Monday through Friday.
  • All orders take up to 24 hours to process.
  • Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Orders can be scheduled up to 30 days from the date of order.
  • Unless available for direct delivery you will receive a FedEx tracking number the evening your order ships or the following morning as soon as your order is inducted into the FedEx system.
  • We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

ADDRESSES

  • A street address is required. We will NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Please double-check addresses. Prime Food Distributor is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • If you live in a gated community, please provide your gate code on the address line provided to ensure an on-time delivery.
  • If delivering to a commercial address, corporate center or stadium please provide all related details.
