    Applying metrics to the entire process, including independent laboratory microbial analysis and internal performance examinations of attributes that include flavor and texture allows us to work with our partners to offer the purest steak eating experience to their guests.

How Chef’s Gold™ Works

    The process begins by carefully selecting a singular fat, chosen for its unique brittle composition and rich flavor. Once isolated, it is hand-trimmed to remove any imperfections, ensuring only the finest pieces remain.

  • Step 2: Selection of Premium Cuts

    Next, the fat is ultra-fine ground and expertly formed into a consistent product. It then undergoes our signature Pure Aged™ process, enhancing its depth of flavor and texture.

  • Step 3: Quality Assurance

    Finally, Chef’s Gold™ is ready to elevate any dish. Unlike traditional demi-glazes or basting methods, it enriches the natural flavors of beef, creating a richer, more authentic dining experience.
